This solution is based on the principles of eddy current detection and electromagnetic induction. It uses metal classification and identification detection technology, as well as magnetic field transformation technology, to obtain the material and shape information of metal objects, thereby achieving the separation of metal contraband from daily metal items. The system mainly consists of a detection gate, excitation signal transmission module, eddy current/electromagnetic signal sensor, signal processing and control module, data processing module, and remote monitoring system.
The detection modes are divided into mobile phone detection mode, contraband detection mode, all-metal mode, and electronics+contraband mode.
When passing through the security check gate, metal buttons, necklaces, lighters, keys, coins, belt buckles, compasses, hairpins, thermos cups, folding umbrellas and other metals on normal clothing will not trigger an alarm. When carrying electronic products, the system will give an audible and visual alarm, prompt in the form of graphics and text, and indicate the hiding position. The detection and alarm are not affected when the mobile phone is in standby, shutdown, battery-removed, SIM card-removed, or wrapped in five layers of copper foil and tin foil.
When passing through the security check gate, small metals that do not exceed the alarm threshold, such as metal buttons, necklaces, lighters, keys, coins, belt buckles, compasses, hairpins on normal clothing, and electronic products such as mobile phones, will not trigger an alarm. An alarm will be issued when carrying contraband such as knives, guns, wrenches, and hammers.
When personnel pass through the security check gate in a standard posture, small metals exceeding the alarm threshold, such as coins, keys, metal buttons, belt buckles on normal clothing, and contraband, will trigger an alarm and prompt the hiding position of the contraband.
The mobile phone+contraband mode combines the advantages of the mobile phone detection mode and the contraband detection mode to ensure that the security check gate can effectively detect and alarm in different situations. Metals such as metal buttons, necklaces, lighters, keys, coins, belt buckles, compasses, hairpins on normal clothing, and electronic products such as mobile phones will not trigger an alarm, ensuring the convenient passage of general clothing and daily carry-on items. At the same time, when carrying electronic products or hidden contraband such as knives, guns, wrenches, hammers, etc., the system will immediately give an audible and visual alarm, prompt in the form of graphics and text, and even indicate the hiding position, so as to effectively prevent the carrying and use of contraband. This mode can flexibly respond to safety detection needs in different situations and ensure the efficient use of safety equipment.
